So we are starting our adventure with a road trip in our R-Pod travel trailer across the Northern half of the US. We are using the website Roadtrippers.com to plan out our route, and have found it quite useful. We are able to put in general locations and it recommends places to stay, things to see and activities to do along our route. We put in the vehicle we are driving and it estimates time to get places and fuel usage/cost. It displays all of this on a Google type map and it is very easy to navigate around. I have embedded the map here so you can see our route. This should update as our planning goes along further.
